What we do with your details
Short version: we use what you send us to answer your enquiry, and nothing else.
What the enquiry form collects
When you send an enquiry we receive your name, your email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number, the apartment you are interested in, your dates, the number of guests, and any message you write.
That information is emailed to the residence so we can reply. It is not stored in a database on this website, it is not sold or shared with anyone, and it is never used for marketing. If you would rather not use the form, message us on WhatsApp or call instead.
Asking us to delete it
Write to badrebadre@yahoo.com and we will delete the correspondence.
What this website does not do
It sets no cookies of its own. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no visitor tracking. The typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font provider, so loading a page makes no request to a third party.
The two exceptions
The location and contact pages embed a Google Map. When that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy rather than ours.
The WhatsApp buttons open a conversation in WhatsApp. Anything you send there is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.
Payments
None are taken here. This website never asks for card or bank details, and no booking is confirmed until we have replied to you personally.
